For your first healing session, we will discuss if there are any specific issues that need to be addressed or current conditions or treatments you may be undergoing. This will include a short Chakra balancing. A session could last up to 80 minutes, please allocate this time when making an appointment. Distance healing can be requested without the Reiki session at a reduced rate.

I also make use of Crystals during the Reiki session but these can be excluded if required by the client.
